Lori D. Reynolds is an experienced litigator in the State and Federal Courts of New York, serving clients since 1996. Ms. Reynolds' practice focuses on commercial, corporate and real estate litigation.
Ms. Reynolds has litigated and advised clients in a wide variety of areas, including contracts, corporations, employment, securities, foreclosures, and employment cases. Ms. Reynolds regularly appears in court representing clients in a variety of industries including: real estate, finance, construction, technology, retail and the garment industry.
Ms. Reynolds received her B.A., cum laude, in 1990 from the State University of New York at Albany and her J.D. in 1995 from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the prestigious Moot Court Honors Society.
