Joshua Glikman

Joshua Glikman is Head of the Firm’s Corporate Practice. Mr. Glikman is a corporate attorney with a focus on business transactions and corporate financings.

Mr. Glikman has represented both U.S. and foreign clients in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions and corporate matters. Mr. Glikman has substantial experience in connection with merger and acquisition and restructuring transactions and financing arrangements and other corporate transactions. Mr. Glikman has also advised clients in connection with private placements and other financing arrangements, including offerings involving equity and convertible securities, and has assisted clients in connection with reporting and compliance and corporate governance matters. Mr. Glikman has also represented private investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds, in connection with fund formation, organizational structuring and compliance.

Mr. Glikman has also represented clients in connection with the formation and structuring of corporations and partnership entities and joint venture arrangements, including the preparation of formation documents. Mr. Glikman has also advised clients in connection with bank loan and other financing arrangements and debtor/creditor transactions and secured party sales and has assisted clients relating to licensing, sales, marketing and distribution arrangements involving technology, life sciences and other areas. Mr. Glikman has also advised clients consisting of both entities and individuals regarding employment, consulting and service agreements and other business contracts and general corporate matters.

Mr. Glikman has also advised clients in connection with matters relating to health care and real estate transactions.
